3.3. How to Resume Interrupted Video

While watching a longer training video, you will most likely see a Timeout Warning appear on the screen (as shown below):

The Timeout Warning will prompt you to click on  Continue or Log Out. When this happens, you will need to click on Continue right away to avoid being automatically timed out, which would result in MIRA closing. If you do time out, do not worry, simply log back into MIRA. Then you can move the progress bar in the video ahead to where you left off. 

To correct any video issues, select View > Reload from the menu in the upper-left corner of your screen (or CTRL + R). If the video issues persist, you can log out, reboot your computer, and then log back into MIRA.
